UPDATE: Construction At Huntsville Hospital

UNITS INBOUND TO HUNTSVILLE HOSPITAL: Governors Dr. between Gallatin St. & Madison St. will be undergoing several construction projects in the next two weeks. During this time there will be NO turn from EB Governors Dr. to NB Madison Street.

Units approaching Madison St. from WB Governor’s Dr. can continue to turn NB to Madison St.

Crews departing Huntsville Hospital (under the tram) will be able to make the turn from the lot to a “dead lane” which will merge into WB Governors Dr. traffic. This area may be subject to temporary closures as needed.

To avoid unnecessary delays in the medical district, turn NB on Gallatin St., EB on St. Clair, and SB onto Madison St. to access the emergency department.

It is extremely important that all crews through the construction area carefully and remain vigilant to pedestrian traffic and construction crews. Do not attempt to access HH ED through any closed roads.
